As an accredited Exercise Scientist and personal trainer, fitness and sport have been a massive part of my life for a long time. Playing multiple sports in my younger days, I’ve always been a very active person.
Currently I’m completing an internship at Rowville Sports Academy running the tennis and golf strength and conditioning sessions for the junior athletes. Previously, I was involved with the junior footy athletes, so I do have experience in a variety of sports training.
My favourite types of training are strength and hypertrophy sessions which aims to add lean muscle mass and overall fitness.
