My name is Shannon I’m a 26 year old Exercise Scientist working here at Trifusion fitness. I started working out at the age of 20 in an attempt to loose weight, 6 years later on, I can’t get enough of it! I love all types of training, specifically though weight training is my “go to” as it has so many benefits (increase in muscle mass, fat loss, increase in metabolism, reduced risk of cancer and heart disease ect ect). Weight training is the method I used to get into shape so I’ll rave about it all day.
Undoubtably the best thing about my job is the friendships I’ve built with my clients, there’s nothing better than helping someone become more confident with their body and abilities. When I’m not training you will most likely find me at the beach, on my bike or 2 seasons deep into a tv series. I’m really easy going and always down for a chat and a laugh, my training style always comes back to the basics and I do expect you to work hard. I think we all know by now that daily exercise is a must if you want to live a long healthy life. That’s where I can help! I would be stoked to get along side you, get to know you and help you to start enjoying exercise.
