Re - Energiser Session - (45 -50mins)

The Fastest Way To Strip Body Fat and Promote Lean Muscle. If you have a weight Loss goal then adding a couple of these sessions in each week is a MUST.
Each Re - Energiser Session focus on HIIT style cardio which will have you moving so quickly you will forget what time it is. These sessions aim at boosting your cardiovascular fitness as well as burning a LOT of calories. We typically burn between 500-700 Cal per session.

Re - Build (45 Minutes)

Building lean muscle is a must. If your body isn’t becoming stronger and you aren’t using it to its full capacity you will become weaker and eventually more prone to injuries. Strong is the new sexy and Trifusion Fitness Re BUILD Sessions is bringing it back!

These 45 minute sessions focus 80% of the workout on lifting weights and 20% on core and conditioning. Each session focuses on a good all body weights workout, then moves into core and cardio so we always finish with that nice energetic endorphin rush.

Suitable for all fitness levels. Trainers can modify sessions for particular injuries so let trainers know.
