Trifusion Fitness Group LBC and HIIT sessions are perfectly designed to provide outstanding results while also maintaining a Fun, Energetic and Educational Environment.

Trifusion Fitness use:
LBC – Lean Body Conditioning sessions, to help you build strong lean muscle. This is the foundation for any desired result, whether it be weight loss, toning, muscle gain, extra energy…it all stems from having a muscular foundation. We then compliment these sessions with our tailored HIIT3Zero Cardio and core sessions to help drop body fat and improve heart health.

LBC = Lean Body Conditioning (45 Minutes)

Building lean muscle is a must. If your body isn’t becoming stronger and you aren’t using it to its full capacity you will become weaker and eventually more prone to injuries. Strong is the new sexy and Trifusion Fitness Lean Body Conditioning Sessions is bringing it back! These 45 minute sessions focus on building strength and conditioning your body all over. Each month trainers plan out sessions so you can train every muscle throughout the week. By knowing you won’t be working the same muscle groups every day we will be able to maximise muscle recovery and maximise the gains.

Suitable for all fitness levels. Trainers can modify sessions for particular injuries so let trainers

HARD ABS, FAST HEARTS – Cardio/Core (45 Minutes)

Getting bored of pounding the pavement for countless kms? This session has your cardio covered and then some. We get the heart pumping to maximise fat burn and make sure we keep it elevated. With intermittent ab sets, this session will have you feeling like perfecting the baywatch slow beach run just to show off the goods.

HIIT3ZERO (30 Mins)

The Fastest Way To Strip Body Fat and Promote Lean Muscle. If you have a weight Loss goal then adding a couple of these sessions in each week is a MUST. Each 30 Minute High Intensity Interval Training Session has you moving so quickly you will forget what time it is. These sessions are so rejuvenating that People Have ACTUALLY Left a session 3 years Younger.

BoxHIIT (45 Mins)

Pull on the gloves for a 45 minute speed round. with high intensity interval boxing this is one of the best ways to break a sweat. Take a long drink before this session as things move so quickly you may not have time to reach for the bottle. Mixed with alternate HIIT style Cardio and plyometric sets, this is a very energising session. One we highly recommend
